After merchandise has been picked up or delivered from our warehouse, there are no returns or exchanges allowed. All sales are final once merchandise has been picked up.
3-DAY 25% RESTOCKING FEE OPPORTUNITY
We understand your customer may cancel their purchase or you may no longer need a product. Kings Discount Furniture will offer a 25% restocking fee opportunity on merchandise in original packaging that has not been re-taped, repackaged, or have visible carton box damage. Items will not be accepted if original packaging does not meet our standards.
You have 48 hours to report any damages to us. After our 48-hour grace period, we will not repair or exchange any defects in merchandise. Please be sure to check your merchandise before loading or within 48 hours of delivery or pick up.
If something is found damaged after picking up, you must report the damage to your sales rep or contact our office. Damaged item or part MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY BEFORE PICKING UP REPLACMENT PIECE OR PART. NOTE: Merchandise must be in original packaging without physical damages on carton box. Photos and Invoice number are required.
All items are covered under a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If you have a warranty related claim, please inform your sales rep or our office immediately with photos and invoice number. Repairs may take 3-5 Business Days.
